I'd just call the thing lost and replace it.

I believe the names are "mail1.box", "mail2.box" that you'd want to be fixing up.

However, if a fixup crashes the machine, a fixup will crash the machine under other circumstances, too.

Best just get 'em out of the way. Rename 'em.

I haven't done this in ages, but I believe Domino will notice & re-create the mailboxes.
